Returns are easy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, if you are not happy with your recent order, we offer you the possibility of return.

You can decide in 14 clear days after your purchase to return the products.

The products have to be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

    As I saw from dhl tracking number, the case delivered to you. So please, cancel the transaction and foul refund, as the product was defective, and I don't want to replace the case. I send a mail to Manca, and I give explanations about my decision. I hope to return my money back, as quickly as possible. By the way, I spent 45,5€ to send you back the defective product that costs 199€. This is not my fault, definitely. And this is not support, in normal conditions, you will cover the shipping charges.
    P.S.: please don't send me another one case, I want foul refund, as qouick as possible. Thank you.
